Our dedicated service team is ready to meet your service needs throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. ABS services all the products we sell as well as many of our competitor’s products; ITM’s, ATM’s, Recyclers, Currency and Coin Counters, Check Processing Equipment, Shredders and Graphic Equipment.
No Term Service
Try our no term service. If for any reason you are unhappy with our service, we will promptly cancel your contract with a 30 day notice and prorate your money back to you.
Maintenance Service Agreements
Our maintenance contracts are the most comprehensive offered in our industry. Under our agreements all potential problems are covered.
- Failure and periodic service is covered
- Loaner machines are available when issue can’t be addressed with on-site service
- Priority on-site service. As a service agreement holder you go to the front of the line
- Most on-site service is performed in one business day
- Service Agreements allow you to avoid unexpected expenditures
On-Site Non-Contract Services
ABS Money Systems provides on-site, timely and material service.
- Most on-site service is performed in 1-2 business days
- On-site service calls are charged by service zone (a flat fee) for the first hour. Any additional time is billed in 15 minute increments
- All service is covered under a 30 day warranty
Hot Swap Program
The hot swap program is a unique service program where a customer keeps an inventory of working machines at our warehouse. Upon the request of the customer, ABS ships a replacement machine to an office to replace the non-working machine. The non-working machine is sent back for service and returned to the customer’s inventory. This service program has been a proven method for saving money and time while eliminating the need for on-site field service for many counter top machines.
- ABS has designed a special box to Depot and Hot Swap machines. This box insures safe shipping. Examples of machines for these services are currency counters, discriminators, check protectors and check encoders
Depot Services
ABS Money Systems provides a depot service to customers who want a cost effective alternative to on-site services.
- The customer is provided a loaner machine
- The customer’s machine is repaired at our shop at our zone one rate
- Saving the customer travel time charges
