 TellerScan 400ES has been designed for branch scanning, ARC and lock box, microfilm replacement and preparation for electronic check clearance. The scanner includes two sided, duplex check scanning and automatic E13-B or CMC-7 MICR code line recognition. The transport can move up to 90 items per minute. The scanner is able to handle a broad range of checks, giros, and other small financial documents. Its 100 item jam proof feeder paired with two 100 item output pockets increase efficiency. Its PC interface allows for maximum flexibility, simple operator controls, easy and quick viewing of the images and sort patterns to be run at high speed.

IA Check
The IA (ImageArchive) Check solution is an easy-to-use, scaleable desktop or networked imaging system that enables banks, credit unions and other financial institutions to scan, index, store and retrieve items. IA Check also includes many unique features, such as: simple wizard to generate batch types for indexing data/MICR fields, balance mode, check digit or account verification, programmable endorsing, onus/transit item sorting and optional encoding export. IA Check reporting includes: cash letter, daily recap, deposit summary, exception items and account image statement on demand.

IA Encode
The IA (ImageArchive) Encode solution is an add-on module to IA Check enable banks, credit unions and other financial institutions to enhance the quality and speed of MICR encoding checks. IA Encode imports previously scanned and balanced checks from IA Check. User selects a batch to be encoded, places the un-encoded checks into the feeder of the encoder, confirms the displayed check image and amount and clicks enter/encode. Encoding can be performed in both single or batch mode with auto or hand feed. Endorsing is optional. Reports include item listings and batch summary.
