The IA (ImageArchive) Check solution is an easy-to-use, scaleable desktop or networked imaging system that enables banks, credit unions and other financial institutions to scan, index, store and retrieve items. IA Check also includes many unique features, such as: simple wizard to generate batch types for indexing data/MICR fields, balance mode, check digit or account verification, programmable endorsing, onus/transit item sorting and optional encoding export. IA Check reporting includes: cash letter, daily recap, deposit summary, exception items and account image statement on demand.

The IA (ImageArchive) Page Document Capture System can be used to scan documents of various sizes on a flat-bed scanner. Customizable alpha-numeric Edit/Verify fields allow indexing by amount, account number, client name, date, etc. Scanned images are output to TIFF (black and white) format. The captured images are then stored electronically for later indexing and retrieval.
